On May 26, 2024, the Kalam Foundation organized a commendable blood donation camp at Avinashi Government School. This noble initiative was made possible through the generous support of several sponsors, including Mahadev Glass & Plywoods, Dhamu Chettiar Nagai Maaligai, Sivam Auto Consulting, Rayar Xerox, Thirumurugan Pooja Stores, Hotel Anandas, TC Silks and Readymade, Sri Subamangala Thanga Maaligai, SK Sports, and Star Fancy and Jewellery.

The event witnessed 104 selfless blood donors who stepped forward to contribute their life-saving gift. From 10 am to 5 pm, the venue buzzed with enthusiasm as community members rolled up their sleeves, knowing that each pint of blood could potentially save a life.

Kalam Foundation’s commitment to organizing such camps underscores the importance of blood donation. By bridging the gap between donors and recipients, they ensure that hospitals have a steady supply of blood for emergencies, surgeries, and medical treatments.
